By Hikmat Singh, Dadeldhura, Nov. 24: An independent candidate Tara Prasad Joshi has won in the Provincial Assembly (PA) election from Dadeldhura ‘B’.

He received 11,170 votes defeating his opponent Nepali Congress candidate, Gobinda Raj Bohara, from the Left Democratic Alliance, by a margin of 425 votes.

Bohara received 10,970 votes.
